We are a family run company comprising of Payung Van Slyke, John Van Slyke, Paul Van Slyke, and Adrienne Van Slyke. Each of us plays an important role in building your custom designed villa. Payung & John have a combined 40+ years in creating, running, and operating businesses throughout the Western United States, Saudi Arabia, and now Thailand. Payung & John have built many houses and commercial buildings throughout their career and operated many successful businesses ranging from large event centers, big restaurants, and large-scale catering operations, to remodeling and retrofitting large commercial buildings. Now they are undertaking residential development with their newest project Golden Sands Luxury Beachside Villas. Paul Van Slyke has a civil engineering degree and with his wife Adrienne Van Slyke, they also have years of experience operating their own businesses. Together, the Van Slyke family would like to bring all their years of business, engineering, and building experience under one roof to build you a beautiful home here in Thailand.
